Privacy Policy

Adoperations ("we", "us") operates adoperationsglobal.com and the tools on it, including the free Ads.txt & Sellers.json Checker. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. We're a small independent ad ops consultancy, not a platform, so this is scoped to what we actually do, not a generic template.
What information we collect
- The domain and ads.txt / app-ads.txt URL you submit to our free Ads.txt & Sellers.json Checker.
- Your email address, if you provide it to see your check results or to sign up for occasional relevant updates.
- Your name, company, and message, if you contact us through the Contact page or book a Yield Review.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR Art. 6)
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): running the ads.txt/sellers.json check you asked for and keeping a results log so we can improve the tool.
- Contract / pre-contract necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): responding to your enquiry via the Contact page or a Yield Review booking.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): adding you to our mailing list, only after you actively confirm via the double opt-in email.
How we use it
- To run the ads.txt/sellers.json check you request and show you the results.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through the Contact page or a Yield Review booking.
- To send you occasional relevant updates by email, only if you've separately confirmed via double opt-in.
- To follow up personally on a check you've run, if you've left your email, separate from any newsletter signup.
Who we share it with
- Supabase (EU region): stores the check results log.
- Brevo: our email and mailing list platform, only if you opt in to updates.
- n8n workflow automation, hosted on our own Hostinger VPS, runs the check itself.
- These processors only see what's needed to do their part of the job. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Check results log: 24 months, then deleted.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form and Yield Review enquiries: 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to: access the data we hold on you, correct it if it's wrong, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw mailing list consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The Ads.txt & Sellers.json Checker itself sets no cookies. The site uses standard functional and analytics cookies to keep it running and to understand how it's used; you'll see a consent banner on your first visit where you can accept or decline non-essential cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The date at the top always reflects the most recent version; material changes will be noted here.
